Our faculty and staff are dedicated in advising our students through both formal and informal interactions.

The relationship that you develop with your advisor is one of importance and helps to make your university experience better. Your advisor will assist you in course selection and ensures that you complete your program in the stated time.

N.B. Though advisors are here to assist, they are not replacements for the University Bulletin which you will be required to be familiar with.

The goals of academic advising include helping students:

  • successfully transition into the CIS@NCU lifestyle
  • select appropriate courses
  • complete degree requirements in a timely manner
  • interpret policies and procedures
